David Jones Building Contractors was established in 1991 in the Builth Wells area. David had built the company from the ground up following his apprenticeship at a respectable local firm. From the launch of the company through to present day, he has placed an onus on developing a strong reputation in the local area, whether that is developing a dream family home or constructing a state of the art office complex. We are proud of the fact that over 60% of our projects have been located within Powys and within a 10 mile radius of Builth Wells.

David’s meticulous attention to detail has ingrained into the culture of our business for over 25 years and forms the backbone of our day-to-day operations. The company has now grown developing a versatile team for whom those values hold true.

We have obtained a range of industry standards and accreditations including CHAS, SMAS and Constructionline. All of our employees are fully trained in regards to health and safety, attending regular courses to maintain the highest safety standards.
